The sun is out? Come and taste some good ice creams and sorbets without colouring agents or artificial flavouring from Pastry Plaisirs in our bar (70 to 85% fruit): strawberry sorbet from Carros, chocolate sorbet or lemon sorbet from Menton.
For a tangy breakfast, the hotel Le Royal offers you lemon and 3 citrus fruit jams from the Herbin jam house in Menton. And for meals, our chef will serve you fresh fish from Top Méditerranée Pégomas and meats from the Guillot butchery in Menton.

The Promenade des Anglais
Stroll along the beach and plunge into the heart of the history of the city of Nice. Imagine yourself at the beginning of the 19th century, at that time, this mythical promenade was only a modest dirt path lined with villas and gardens, called "Chemin des Anglais".
It was only at the beginning of the 20th century that the palaces, hotels, casinos and residential buildings for which it is now famous gradually replaced the small houses.

Take the A8 motorway "La Provençale". Exit at Nice (exit n° 50) then follow the direction "Promenade des Anglais".
The Nice train station is located 1 km from the hotel. On the day of your departure, depending on the number of people interested, please ask us for a transfer to the station (at a cost).
The Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is located 4 km from the Royal. On the day of your departure, depending on the number of people interested, please ask us for a transfer (at a charge) to the airport.

Parking: The Royal does not have a car park, but you can use the paid car park near the hotel (no reservation possible, about 30 €/day and 100 €/week).
